Cold Bore Customs, Grip reduction (PICS)

I sent my G-36 to http://coldborecustom.com for a grip reduction and carry texture. I chose him because the price was right and the pics on his site were exactly what I was looking for. Most anyone can remove the hump on the back strap, the trick is making it look good when your done. My biggest concerns was the lines being clean and the texture consistent. Well Mr. Owens (owner/operator) delivered BIG TIME. Turn around time was great, he had my frame three days. On the third day it was on its way back to me. If Glock had a custom shop that offered this service, this would be the quality of workmanship I would expect from them.

A work of art. The stippling is very subtle and everything is blended well.

I am very happy too with a grip reduction done by Mr. Owens on my G23.

Last week I started a thread about my G23 and Cold Bore Customs, but it got
locked. I guess it looked more like an add than a discussion of general topics related to Glocks.

Here are few pics of my G23.

I've wanted to see a pic of a 36 with only a backside "hump" reduction and stippling, and now I have and I WANT IT. I know what my X-mas gift to myself will be now. Thank you!

Nice pics! I absolutely agree that Cold Bore Custom does great work, has quick turn around time, and all at a very reasonable price. I had Lane do my Glock 19, and I couldn't be happier. Just let him know what you need and it will be done.
