Lw / g-20l

What's the latest? Is JR offering a flat top (unported) long slide? If so, are they available?

Thanks

Here is the 34/35 length ("T"-slide):

as to unported, ...sometimes, try dropping them a line

Keep in mind if your barrel isn't "ported" the slide won't be. It only has the cut that reduces the weight, as was mentioned like the 34/35 models are.
.
I have the "cut" model and like it, but then I love my 34. So you can have it ported or unported in its current configuration. Which of course would be dependant on if you used a ported or unported barrel in it. If i remember they were having some issues with the solid version but I could be wrong.

The weight of the slide affects the action of the gun. In some cases, lightning the slide is desirable and this is one of the ways to achieve it.

Sorry, been on an island for awhile....

SO there's no flatop that works? (pardon the plain english, but an open top is very unappealing for me.)

Guess I need to call LW when I slow down

Don't know why the date back-slips, but it's usually because the supplier is overwhelmed...

I need to get one of these if the closed-top comes in. LW can make a closed-top and reduce the weight of the slide by milling away some of the internal side of the side of the slide, like the G-21 slides are. Personally, with the level loads I plan on shooting in the 6" gun (heavy), I'd rather have the heavier slide at the sacrifice of reliability with lighter loads.
