My collection (no pics yet)
I finally realized that they can make modern firearms faster than I can buy them so I'm focusing on WWII weapons. Here's what I have so far, sorry no pics right now:
Springfield Armory M1 Garand made in May 1940
Winchester M1 Carbine
Inland M1A1 para Carbine
Springfield Armory 1903A3
Enfield model 1917
Webley Mk IV (shaved for .45 ACP, I gave up on getting a .455)
Remington Rand 1911A1 made in 1945
I need a 98K Mauser, Mauser P39, SMLE, Luger (a pipe dream), not yet into Japanese stuff.

Wow! you have some guns i can only dream about right now! i have started to get into the ww2 stuff, but can only afford the soviet stuff so far. i have 3 Mosin Nagants:
1944 M38 carbine.
1938 M91/30.
1943 M91/30 ex sniper.
total investment in my ww2 collection so far is about $300 (ammo is cheap for them too!)
i hope to get a M44 carbine and a nagant revolver next. after i get my car payed off i might start getting the U.S., Finnish, German, British and Japanese guns.

That's a great start, I'd like to collect the M1 carbines and garands, but the prices are a killer for me.

Sounds like you've got a very nice collection. I've been slowly collecting some of the same.
So far I have...from right to left
1938 Mauser K98
1944 Springfield M1 Garand
1944 Rockola M1 Carbine
1942 Mosin Nagant
1940 T38 Arisaka (with intact Mum)
I've made a display with them in my basement "man cave - war room" along with some other items, like some helmets, and a bunch of framed WWII newspapers (Pearl Harbor, Normandy Invasion, etc.,). Also some Stars and Strips on the walls, and some repro posters and photos, etc. It isn't pretty, but it's mine . Would like to get a British gun next.

Thanks, that's actually the look I'd like it to have. I'm always afraid it they just looks junkie. Glad to read that at least one person can see "my vision" . There's also a lot of fossils (as you might be able to tell on the fireplace mantle), and artifacts scattered about the room (which is really the way I think of my WWII collection, as artifacts).
