I have a line on an Eck Knife, but I'd never heard of them until today. I did a Google search and their website came up, of course, but not much else. I couldn't find any reviews and I'd like to hear a little more about them before buying.

I just realized that it's "Ek" and not Eck. That could explain why little came up on the search...

Very stoutly made and razor sharp.
I owned a micarta-handled version about 10 years ago (bowie tip clip blade).
No complaints, just a little too hefty for a field knife (for me).

I got the knife. It's a Commando knife and it's the same as new. I got a great deal on it.

The only thing I don't like is its paracord grip. I'd like to get a micarta handle for it. In fact, I have already emailed the company to see how much $ it would be to have them change it to micarta for me.
