The Official Program Rules states:
Entrant must supply email and telephone number during signup.
There isn't any place to supply a telephone number..... Is this a catch?

I tried to register four or five times and each time an orange box came up saying there was a connection issue. I verified all data to ensure accuracy and it didn't fix it.

The way I understand it is the one entry is good for the entire contest? No need to fill out the entry each month?
