Which bullet weight in 45 hydra shok?

I'm mandated by policy to carry federal hydra-shok in my off duty piece, which is an M&P45 compact. That said, I'm looking for suggestions on the best performing bullet weight. I'm leaning towards either 230 grain or 200 grain for the reason that the 45 was designed to be shooting a heavy bullet. Can somebody help me out on this decision. Is there a penetration/expansion test that pits them against each other?
