I have not been able to find much info comparing the Pro and TGO1. How do they compare? I take it the Pro is more tactical and the TGO more target oriented. How do their features and quality compare?

Quality is the same and I think your analysis is spot on.

The TGO1 probably has the nicer finish, though I love the Pro's Black T also.

Springfield puts the TGO1 on a slightly higher shelf, as they charge more for it even without the night sights that the Pro comes with.

Here's my TGO. I think a Pro is in my future.

What barrel does your TGO1 have in it Brian. I know they have gone away with the Nowlin barrel in the PRO but I'm not sure if you can believe the rumors that they were having issues with them.

Nowlin and its one of the best barrels on any of my 1911s.

i love my TGO-1. Nowlin's barrel in my TGO-1 too.
