New Stainless Pro Raptor
Shoots great. Took it out first day and ran 150 rounds of UMC FMJ's through it without a single hiccup. Tore up the bullseye offhand at 25 yards. I'll have to post a target later.

I know this won't get any cheers, but I swapped grips with one of my Pro Carry's just to see what it looked like. Feels good and doesn't look half bad IMO.

Looks better that way. I like the Raptor grips, just not on a Raptor.
Looks like Mr. Rogers has seen the PC's barrel.

I like the way the Hogue palm swell's look on the Raptor also. Plus, if it makes the CC rotation, as hard as the Raptor grips are to come by, I wouldn't CC it with the factory grips. Plus, the palm swell Hogue's really feel good. Oh, and yeah, that's a Mr. Roger's neighborhood's special Gotta love anything Chuck does.

You need to introduce the Raptor's barrel to Mr. Rogers next. Put a CrimsonTrace on the reptile for CC. I will be putting one on my Ultra Raptor when Uncle Sam pays me my pittance.
Congrats on the new member to you ever growing Kimber family. All three SS Raptors under one roof or should I say in one safe. You da man!

Yes, Mr Rogers definately needs to get his hands on the Raptors barrel. You'll be getting a hands on introduction to the new Pro Raptor next time I'm in town. It's a shooter. I too think a CT would make a nice upgrade to it. Damn ambi safties!

I almost forgot....get rid of the ambi! We have had this discussion many times. IMO way too dangerous for condition 1 carry.

Thanks. No, I just had the factory mag in for that pic. I have not fired a single round out of a Kimber factory mag in probably the last 5-6 Kimbers I have bought. I use only Wilson and Tripp Cobra mags.

If it came with a Kim Pro Tac mag, I wouldn't have any concerns.

I've never tried the Kim Pro Tac mags, but I've heard good things about them.
