Detail Stripping a Hi Point CF380

I can't find information on this anywhere I look. Talk to me!

Ha, some things were never meant to last long enough to need a detail strip.

I had the 45 version I couldn't figure out how to strip it, it never would fire more then one round without jamming took it to a gun show got thirty bucks for it, and was happy to get that much.

What kind of jams did you experience?

The best details are as follows...

1. Pull out garbage can.

2. Throw Hi Point into garbage can.

Problem solved.

They are what's called a turd gun. What is a turd gun you ask?

Go to a rest stop toilet and fish out a turd. Hold it in your hands. You have just experienced the ergonomics of a Hi Point.

Now, go buy a brand new Land Rover, put 100,000 miles on it in two months. You have just experienced the free fall depreciation of the High Point.

Now, go try to put 50 rounds through a Raven 25 without a jam or malfunction. You have just experienced the reliability of the High Point.
Long ass double action only trigger pull, too.

This is what I would use to detail strip a Hi Point...

you might want to try a high point forum, they do have a rabid following.

Maybe just soak in simple green and use an air compressor to dry it out.
