I was reading up a Gun Digest the other day and they had an article about the CETME. I priced one today at the local fix and it appears I might be able to get one around 5 bills. Are they good rifles, basically an HK G3? Heard magazines can be had cheap too.
Well, not that I know much, as I haven't read up on them in a couple of decades, but HKs are a bit higher on the prestige food chain than CETMEs. I have been looking into the PTR rifles, myself, which are of course newly-manufactured, and much cheaper than HKs, though of course far more expensive than CETMEs.
