Check out this Colt 1911 in 38 Super

I am in love and its my wifes favorite. If I buy it, she will carry it.

I will replace the grips w/ ivory/pearl of some type and pack it w/ COR-BONS

One of the guys at my range has that model, shoots very well in .38 super.
Bit too much bling for me though. I wouldnt mind a Colt Custom Combat model in .38 super though

Mine shoots well. Had to drift the rear sight just a tad.

Suh-weet!
I don't normally like a lot of shine, but on a real Colt .38 it looks great.
Any idea of the year it was made?

Very nice looking Colt, .38 Super is one of my favorite calibers to reload. Looking forward to reading about her range reports.

You aren't the only one.
My Colt .38 Super is a Commander, and blued.
It would look a lot better if it was a matte finish, but to each their own.

Sorry but just a little to much bling for me. Having the trigger finished as well is just to much. However to each there own. I am sure it is a great gun. A 38 super is on my short list too own as well.
