I have 2 of them (WASR-10's) For the money you can't beat them. There is a lot of information on them if you feel like doing a little research. I am not new to AK's and they are for sure not the best. But for a a great assault type rifle for a reasonable price they are as good as any as far as reliability goes. However I wouldn't purchase one on line. There is certain things you want to look for with the WASR. Such as canted front sights and gas tubes. Some have the mag well machined out too much causing magazine wobble or either not machined out enough making the magazine hard to get in/out. One of mine has the mag well cut out too much causing the mag wobble, but that's not a problem it has never had any effect on the function. The other one wasn't cut out enough and I had to do a little filing. Still no big deal. Both function 100% and I have never had a problem with either of them. Both are as accurate as any of the others. Bottom line is if it's the Kalashnikov platform it's going to be reliable. Some people say save your money and get a better grade of Ak and that's fine if if you want to sink $800- $,1000 in an AK, but if I was going to put that much in one I would rather go ahead and buy an AR or something along that line. In my opinion the WASR -10 is the best bang for the buck......... Also I have heard the WASR's 10/63's were made a little later and Century Arms installs a lot of "Tapco parts such as the trigger group, mags, and other parts. Not sure about all they do but someone here can give you more info on this. There is a lot of good people here on this forum that know what they are talking about.
