SBS in CO

Zak,

How does one obtain an SBS in CO?

P.S. I am a friend of Blair H. I am on the email list of CO multigun. A couple of years back you and Raydog helped me with an AR purchase at Jensens. Hope to see you at the USN M&G

Bill

It's the same as an SBR. You can either Form 1 one yourself and only after it is approved can you put the shorter barrel on (or possess it for that matter).

Alternatively, you can buy a pre-SBS'd one like any other NFA item (SBR, silencer) from a dealer on a Form 4.
