Think I might have done a stupid thing with my g19

I tried to lube the slide and rails like I do my 1911, I put clp on the slide rail a litte bit and then put the slide on the frame without the barrel and recoil spring and the then racked the slide on to frame..and then I though opps this isn't a 1911!! It cocked the trigger then I pulled the trigger and released the slide off the frame does any one here think I could have damaged anything ???
Thanks for the help!

Probably not.

The best way to remove a slide without the recoil spring/guide rod is to turn the pistol upside down, pull the trigger, remove the slide.
