Moving folders around in windows 7??????

I just had windows 7 put on my laptop and I can no longer move folders around in my documents to the place I want them to be. I can move a folder into another folder, but I can not arrange my folders the way I want them (they can only be arranged by alphabet, date, time...). I can't even move documents around the way I want them to be arranged inside a folder.

Anyway to fix this???? It is very VERY annoying.
