What is the best way to add weight to a BR rifle?

Benchrest competition is not strictly long-range, and I am not an expert in BR competition.

However, the most common way to add weight is to add it to the stock. This presupposes that the rifle is currently somewhat muzzle heavy. You want to keep the rifle more or less balanced front to rear for the shooting positions that you'll be using.
