Kahr Customer Service: happy++

Well, they did it again. I've had two occasions to call them in the past, and each time they shipped me out the parts I needed and did it right quick. But they've surpassed themselves this time.

I sent them a pair of T9's, neither of which would fire at all. Not a case where I've monkeyed with the springs or using "hard" primers (like Remington UMC or CCI Blazer Aluminum). They wouldn't even work with Federal HydraShok, Remington Golden Saber, which are designed to be ultra reliable.

Those guys fixed both guns and had them back in less than a week, including shipping time. In fact, the only problem I had was with FedEx (though I've been doing business with them for twenty years, and this was the first such problem).

Not only is the Kahr the best-shootin' gun out of the box, but those guys stand behind it in a way I have never seen from any other manufacturer.
