I carry one speed loader in my other pocket, and one "ammo wallet" at my 9:30 position on my belt.

Carry infrequently, but then with one speedstrip; speedloaders for range use only.

I did when I started carrying one, then I got lazy. Usually no reloads. probably should. I have both speed strips and speed loaders (the push type, not the twist type).

Today I have my G26 and 442. The G26 has a Sleeved G19 Mag with 15 rounds and a G17 Mag for a reload. I have Two Speed Strips for the 442.

I have two I can carry, but I seldom do. If I need more than 5 shots of my .44 I'm in big trouble anyway. Either I'm not hitting what I'm shooting at or there are more of them than I got bullets! Time to call out the calvery.

I carry this neat speedloader for my SP101 called a 37-2 Airweight.
Seriously, I generally carry two spare speed strips, both with .38 Special ammunition so I could reload either gun. I sometimes drop a speedloader with magnum ammo in a jacket pocket also, if I'm wearing a jacket.

I carry just one speed loader in my offside front pocket most of the time (HK).
Sometimes carry one speed strip, if I'm wearing light weight slacks and don't want the bulge in the pocket.
One reload is enough to make me feel comfortable, I am not going to get into a running gun battle with my little J frame.

When I carry my J frame, mostly one speed strip, sometimes two if I have a jacket or good pants pockets.
If I ever have to use my J frame, I probably wouldn't have a situation where I would be reloading anyway. The speed strip is more for psychological comfort, than anything else.
If I am going somewhere where I think I might need more, I take a semi-auto (Glock).
