Need some help IDing a M4upper I have , 9 DTI 556 Stamped on barrel ,with a key hole symbol on the attached carry handle ,any help would be welcome

Hard to say, do you have pictures? Does DTI stand for Del-Ton Inc.?

just googled it and it appears to be a DEL-TON Thanks
