Vintage 17 mag not caliber marked?

I acquired an unusual Glock 17 mag today and am curious if it's super vintage. The floorplate is completely blank, and there is no caliber marking on the mag, and no number on the follower. The floorplate has no "button" and when you slide it back, the spring rests directly on it. It has the GLOCK logo with Austria under it, is NOT steel lined (only at the top) and has the telltale three mold dots on either side like the standard prebans do.

Could this be a very original style mag?

You may want to consider posting this ? over in General Glocking, I'm thinking it may get a bit more traffic over there.

Danny, shouldn't the steel liner at least be visible on the inside edges of the rear counting holes, all the way to #17? Some of the liners were shiny steel, and some were a darker color, but either way, the liner should still be visible, right?

I don't remember. I sold all my pre-bans to a friend in NY.

That's originally what I thought as well, but that mag has no "Austria" stamp near the Glock logo, as mentioned by the OP. That's why I thought the mag should have a liner, as all the Factory mags I've seen that have the "Austria" stamp also have some kind of metal liner visible along the rear edge.
