Got a new M1 carbine!!

I pick up a new inland M1 carbine with a little history. A great friend of mine sold me his inland m1 that his dad bought from the nra in 68'. Serial # 832xxx. It's in great shape. Real nice. I was assured it's never been refinished. I am a novice when it comes to m1's. But no import marks, a rebuild mark. It's a 1943. Numbers match barrel and reciever. I have the nra papers and bill, and nra m1 info book that came with it. Any info and approx value would be great. I always wanted a nice M1 carbine. And to my good friend thanks! As a gun nut, my great friend knows it's in good hands and will be kept and valued.
