I ordered a BladeTech Profili without actually handling one based largely on it's size and weight. Am a big guy with big hands and have trouble deploying other folders, so seemed logical to try this one. I love the design of this knife and girth of handle. Would prefer a shorter, straghter blade instead of this curvey job it has on it, but overall a good base to start with. Just needs a couple things tweeked.
1) Strike bezel on the handle hurts when drawing In the tip-position and thrusting... Fixed with a Dremel and 10 minutes.
2) Has a pathetic, tiny little deployment screw on the blade that I have a heck of a time getting ahold of and staying in contact with until the blade is fully deployed. Is there a way to swap it out for something a bit more substantial?
