XD9 Fires Under 3m of Water

I just read the U.S. Embassy's listing for the HS2000 (XD9) and the manufacturer's list of features includes the ability to fire under water up to 3 meters (9+/- ft.)

I'll have to remember to take it to the pool this weekend.
