G22 RTF2 Slide serrations

I have a brand new G22 RTF2 that has straight, vertical serrations on the slide. I thought that all RTF2 models had the fish scale looking serrations. The frame, slide and barrel all have matching serial numbers. This one has the Glock night sights and was supposed to be a police model...3 mags and a blue box label. At least that's what my dealer told me. The gun is brand new and has never been registered, until now. I put in a call to Glock, but it was after hours so I am hoping to hear from them soon.
So what do you think? Do I have a transitional variant? Maybe it's a rare and valuable variant
