We have a new vocity leader among 124/125g. HP factory loads

A 10-shot sample of the Winchester USA load #USA357SIGJHP...
TOP GUNS *357 Sig* Club
...achieved an average velocity of 1418FPS with an SD of 18. Chrono is the CED M2 with screens an average of 10 feet away; temp. was c. 95d.F. Glock 32 with 4.5" barrel.

The group size was certainly adequate--very narrow with some vertical stringing.

I shot a few of the Speer 125GD LE load to verify chrono performance; it averaged slightly less than the last long string I measured.

I plan to expansion-test these WWBs and retest the several other candidates by using fabric in the front of the 1st bottle. I think I'll use 3 layers of denim with 2 layers of cotton flannel in between.

That's good to know. Let us know how the bullet does when you get the chance to test it. Looks like it will be later in the summer before I can get set up for loading the 357sig for myself.
