What front sight height?
I'm about to purchase Ameriglo night sights for my 226 40sw. They have sets with #8 front and rear as well as sets with a #6 front and a #8 rear. What option would you suggest? The Glock Ameriglo's don't have an option like that so the question never crossed my mind!

What sight designations are on your Sig currently?
I just replaced my 6/8 Sig sights with Meps 6/8s on my 229 .40, and it's dead on.

I have no idea. They are the stock contrast sights. I will have the pistol in my hands on Friday. Do they say on them? I don't think my 2022 indicates what the height is.

The sight numbers are stamped in the sights.
Curious as to why you are going with Ameriglo night sights.

I have them on 4 other pistols and like them. Is there something about night sights on Sigs that I don't know? The SigLites on my 2022 seem dim to me and they're brand new.

I have Ameriglo sights on my G17 and I like them a lot. If you are ordering them straight from Ameriglo use the coupon code GSSF to get 25% off.
The SigLites I have on my P226 Elite are just as bright as the Ameriglos on my G17. Not sure why the ones on your 2022 are dim. You can always call Sig and see if they will replace them for you.

I used the code to buy my other sets on my Glocks. I feel bad using it to buy them for a Sig.

It looks like my 2022 has a #8 and the 226 has a #6. I guess I will go with a #6 front and a #8 rear.

Typically Sig .40's and .45's use the #6 front and #8 rear. .357 and 9mm use #8's for both front and rear. Looks like you got it right.
