I have a new Glock 26, I have had many Glock's over the years and this is my first complaint, Out of about 100 rounds (I have tried two different brands of ammo so far) I will get 2-3 ejected rounds right in the forehead. Usually the last round but not always. Anybody have any thoughts. I am trying to avoid having to send it back. That is frustrating.

The factory fix is to start changing parts... ejector, extractor. You can also switch ammunition and get the same basic results.
