That is for 500 rounds of ball. However if you call them and ask about their bitterroot vally 10mm ammo I am sure they can send some off if you are interested.

Great information and low low prices. I just used up my 10mm range ammo and looking to buy more so this is very timely.

Have you had a chance yet to shoot some of them and measure grouping/distance? Would love to get a range report on this ammo.

I shot some BVAC JHP and FMJ that I got from cheaperthandirt (they still have the FMJ in stock http://www.cheaperthandirt.com/AMM583-1.html ). I compared it with some 180 gr golden sabres from Reed's ammo, 180 gr Remington FMJ, and Doubletap 200 gr hardcast using my 20sf. The BVAC stuff was very watered down. It has less power than the Remington which is advertised at 1150 fps. I kept everything within 10 inches at 25 yards unsupported, from a rest I shot 10 rounds into a 4 inch group. I'm not the best shot and can't really comment on point of impact. Overall the best thing that I shot was the Reed's ammo stuff. The doubletap was smokey, I won't buy anymore of that. Pretty much the BVAC ammo is a source of brass that leaves me smiling.

Thanks for your review. This BVAC ammo sounds perfect for me to break-in my new G20 and it's cheap enough just to get in some range time in.

I just bought 300rds from surplus ammo at the gun show last weekend. $21 a box, no tax or shipping. Can't complain about that.

I have run about 3 boxes through, and I am saving the brass to reload, not one failure. The BVAC crap I bought for my 45 auto sucked. This stuff is better in my opinion. Maybe it is made to different tolerances.
