shooting the AR from a kneeling position

Any suggestions on improving my abilty to shoot the AR at 50/ 100 yards from the kneeling position. Seems like my sight pictures "bounces" all around the target at these ranges?

This is off-topic because it does not relate to long-range shooting, however, I will give the following comments from the perspective of a 3-Gun shooter:

What target sizes are you trying to shoot?

For calibration, a goal for a reasonable level of skill would be to be able to hit a 6" circle at least 75% of the time from offhand or kneeling.

Kneeling is not particularly stable because fundamentally you only have support for one end of the rifle. Reverse kneeling (with external support for the front of the rifle) is much, much more stable than regular kneeling.
