Bragging about my MC Operator

shot in a local idpa match friday. the stage was 5 targets, two at 5yd, two at 7yd, one at 10 with two no-shoots in the mix. on the buzzer you had to get up from your chair, turn, move and engage 1 and 2 while moving to a barricade (2 barrels stacked). the next three were engaged from behind cover. target 4 was obscured by the hostages, all i could see was the head, so three head shots were served. i had to take a picture of this target, no. 5 at 10yds. three shots touching almost dead center:

the ro and scorer complimented me on my shooting.

i think i will open carry it today in my blackhawk thigh rig...

shot a les baer monolith yesterday along with the mc operator to compare. my groups were virtually the same and i like my mc operator better. a buddy, who does not have a 1911, fired both and had the same observation.
