Model 27 recoil assy.

I was at the range the other day,,,enjoying my m27, its a 2008 and i have around 600 rds thru it, and the recoil assy ,,(upper) spring failed....as i read on the web this is an issue!!!!...i talked to glock, usa about it and they are shipping me a new one free of chrg...the gentleman told me they reccomend a 3000-5000 rnd change anyway, he chalked up the failure to mass production.....my son has one of the samr age,,,cant wait to see when it fails....at my rate of shooting im thinking of a 2yr change on a reg basis...

Will you go with the replacement Glock recoil assy. or choose Wolff, Glockmeister or Jaeger is it? Who's got the best springs?

Good for Glock for taking care of you. Glad it happened at the range and not when you needed it to save your life.
