Grip stippling

At the risk of being ridiculed, does anyone else have a problem with the stippling on the grips of the P30, etc in regards to concealed carry? I find that it rubs my skin and also tends to grip and deform the cover garment, making it harder to conceal. I have superslim smooth Alumagrips that I use on my 1911 for concealed carry that I love.

Suggestions?

Thanks in advance

I don't own a P30, but I do know that that's one of the major problems people have with it. Everything I've read says that pretty much the only thing you can do (short of wrapping tape around it) is wear a wife-beater or something under your shirt.

The texture of USP grips is pretty aggressive too. I burnished the sharp points just a bit with a polished steel rod and it improved the comfort without losing grip.

It's rough, that's for sure. I'm among the "Wife Beater" wearing club, myself.
