What's The Point?
What's the point of having the 10 Ring as a Sticky since it hasn't been updated since 2005?

The 10 Ring Member list hasn't been updated since 12/22/2005. That was my question. What is the point of having a 10 Ring Member list if it isn't updated?
I didn't realize that is was so difficult to understand.

Here you finally clarified what you were really asking about. Now do you realize why it was difficult to understand.  Now that we know what you are talking about, it makes sense.
