This small book is about forming and maintaining a correct and aggressive mindset. It's been my street-survival Bible for many years. The bottom line with "mindset" is that if you adopt Cooper's, you will always know what to do no matter what the situation is.
If you want to see how helpless the "sheep-think" people are (they have the opposite mindset from Cooper), just watch the "I Survived" program on the Bio channel. When the SHTF the "sheep" don't have a clue what to do. On the other hand, the people with Cooper's mindset always know what to do.
