Michael,
You looking for a production knife or custom?

If custom check out this link:

David makes some very wicked knives, scary sharp too. His name is still relatively unknown so grab some while his prices are still low, if they suit your fancy.

I paid about $90.00 for a Cold steel Trail Master in San Mai III at one of their sidewalk sales. If you got some styles of stuff you already like throw out some names so we can get a better idea of what style of Bowie you prefer.

I've got a CaseXX Bowie for sale, NOS, 100$ shipped, on the edged weapons forum in the want ads.

Not a darn thing bad to say about it, except it's never been used. Read up some on the design. It's a very serious knife.

And I own some David Farmer knives, he does good work, at fair prices.

But you won't buy a 9.5" blade, surgical stainless, brass rivets and solid leather sheath.. for 100$ from him or any other custom maker.

If you beat hell out of this Case XX for 5 years, it'll still be worth 100$, IMHO.

You could check out our site http://www.tichbourneknives.com
there are many different models, it will give you some ideas. We start at around mid to high $300's for the Wilderness Riverboat.

Another source you can check out is a search on Google. If you are looking for a factory knife- try Bowie Knives - for a custom, they will be more expensive try Custom Bowie Knives. Both searches will bring you a ton of sites to visit.

E-bay seems to be a source for lightly used or brand new one time owner knives.

You could of course put your name in the GlockTalk draw and win the "IronMan" George has put in. Cheers, Carol
