10mm-.40 conversion bbl in G29 and JHP's?

Sir,
I have a G29 as CCW pistol. I plan to buy a conversion bbl in order to use .40 S&W ammo for alternate use as CCW in town.
What grain JHP bullets, self-defense, should be used both in the 10mm bbl, as well as in your Lonewolf 10mm-.40SW conversion bbl for best stabilization and resulting accuracy.
I assume (?) that I only use the 10mm mag for both cartridges, since my single-stack and multi-stack .40 mags don't lock in securely.

The rifling is the same in all our barrels 1:16 This twist rate has proven to be reliable and accurate in all Glock pistol calibers.
Use the G20 10mm magazine for all G20 conversions.
