Glock's Corporate Jet

A friend snapped a couple pics of Glock's Global Express XRS on the ramp in Tallahassee (TLH) last week. Looks like Herr Glock travels in style!

Wow that's pretty awesome. I wonder what the firearms policy is on that airline.

And everyone is checked to insure they are loaded full, chamber checked with at least two spare mags each..... If carrying a G-18, at least two full "Happy Sticks". Have a nice ride. Seat Backs fully up and tray tables locked and stowared...

Sweet.

Only thing cooler would've been a tricked-out all-black jet with the "Glock Perfection" in white.

And maybe a large silver G18 on each side under the pilots windows .

Pretty cool thanks for sharing.

That flight must have a good firearm policy.

Bombardier, BD700 Global Express (GLEX)

About a cool $45 Million USD

http://www.libhomeradar.org/aircraft/OE-IGG.html

I worked on one or two of them a few years back.

Yup, that's definitely one of the personal jets that says "you've made the big time".

It's a wonder seeing as Glock doesn't offer a single stack 9mm or .40

Not to forget. Gaston and son has considerable Glock markets in other countries. So I can fully understand the why's... I'm sure he can afford it too.

That's one of the sweetest corporate jets around. It's fast, comfortable, and boasts incredible range. It can fly from New York to Tokyo nonstop.

Its the costs associated with it that you really have to think about. Fuel, storage, pilot and crew, insurance, etc etc.

But I guess if you are laying down $45M on a jet you think that stuff is small peanuts.
