Wag na mag-rally! PNoy's so accessible that you can take a picture w/ him kahit sa mall. Pwede mo din siya parahin sa kalsada since his convoy stops sa stop light. Literally, they are able to stage a rally because it's within their rights.

The reason why they wish to stage a rally ("Kaya sila magra-rally")
is something else, and which they've already tried to state:
