Need to edit a pdf file?

Hey guys, I received an inspection report in a pdf format. The project manager wants comments and replies noted and emailed back. I tried a few free writers without much luck. Is there a freeware out there that will let me edit a pdf and resave it?

If you have Adobe Acrobat, you can edit .pdfs.

There are a few 'free' .pdf writers out there that should allow you to edit a .pdf.

Also, if you have Acrobat, there is a program called "PitStop Professional" that is a plug-in to Acrobat.
You can download a 30 day trial and use it with no limitations.
It just stops working after 30 days if you don't give up the $$$.

I use it at work every day. Fantastic program!

OpenOffice has a PDF editor plug-in.
