PADIAS

Patent Application Drafting and Infringement Avoidance Strategies

The PADIAS program, a 52-hour course conducted under the Authority of Franklin Pierce Law Center and taught by members of Lowe Hauptman Ham and Berner, LLP, was sponsored in cooperation with the Asia Pacific Intellectual Property Association and Industrial Technology Research Institute in Taiwan. RADIAN is the ratio between the length of an arc and its radius. The radian is the standard unit of angular measure, used in many areas of mathematics. The unit was formerly an SI supplementary unit, but this category was abolished in 1995 and the radian is now considered an SI derived unit. The SI unit of solid angle measurement is the steradian.

RAMIAN (Persian: راميان‎, also Romanized as Rāmīān, Rāmeyān, and Rāmīyān)[1] is a city in and capital of Ramian County in Golestan Province, in northern Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 11,719, in 2,831 families.[2]
Ramian was used in Parthian times as castle. In " Immortal Land" v. III (written by: Zabihollah e Mansoori) says Greek called it " Laboos" and there was a fight between Ashk II and Selucied king. Some say Ramian at thet time had great Vineries and wines.
People of modern Ramian are came from a tribe which called "Garaili" or " Geraili". A Turkic tribe in Khorasani turks, part of East Oghuz, Oghuz loop. They have same race with Azarbayjani and Turkish people. They had sent to Kalpush to defend people against Turkmen and Uzbeks, in Saffavied era. They separated other parts (Khorasan -like: Jajarm-, Semnan and Golestan -like: Ramian- provinces in early Qajar in order of Hosseyn-Qoli khan Qajar. Modern Ramian has been constructed at that time. Before that there wa on old Ramian (Koynah Ramian) which was that old Ramian. They also known as Qizilbash, because they were in Qizilbash force of Safavied.
