I am using the Sparks VM-II originally made for my G-36, and it works fine.

I would suggest a Raven Phantom holster. Can be used IWB or OWB.

I have a Raven Phntom and a Blade-Tech Nano. Can't post photos now because I am out of town for the day.

Crossbreed supertuck is a bit tight for the G 38 and a trifle loose for the G 36. Damn the Cowgirls, get the Horsehide model.

I was really disappointed with my crossbreed. I have since moved on to milt sparks.

+1 for the Blade-Tech Nano. It's my EDC holster for my G38.

I have no real emotional bond to it, I was thinking of getting a Comp_Tac IWB as I have their paddle holsters and you can swap the kydex out on the leather / clips.

My business partner loves his milt sparks, please do tell about them. Should I take the plunge?
