I have patiently waited for the best Red Dot sight to emerge (years) before mounting one on my 1911. Man! No one sight seems to have distinguished itself. Some like this and some like that. I want one for personal defense, especially low light application. I have lasers on two other firearms and they have performed excellently. I now would like to experiment with the Red Dot sight, but which one???
Insight mini RDS I have one on a shotgun and the more I fire it the more I like it. If I had a second one it would go on my Glock 21 in a heartbeat. It beats the others hands down for size, weight power holding alignment and battery changing.
