I was testing various JHPs in my PM9 today and noticed that I was less accurate with the 147 HSTs than other types. I had kind of noticed that previously when testing with my G26. I was most accurate with Gold Dot 124+P, even slightly better than the range FMJs. Also the HSTs had more erratic ejection including one that hit me in the forehead. But at least the PM9 cycled everything perfectly. It is one nice little gun.

I tried to replicate those results in my G19 but it was harder to tell a difference and I didn't want to shoot too many. I'd like to get some 124+P HST to see if it's the HSTs or the 147gr that's causing the accuracy issue.

Try the 124+P HST. Rested at 75' my G3 G34 shot a 1 13/16" group and my G4 G17 shot a 1 3/16" group.

LOL that's odd. One of the things that blew me away the first time I fired the heavy HST's was how accurate I was with them compared to the WWB target ammo.

I like the 147 HST also but currently have a supply of the HST 124+P.
