Glock night sights

I just bought a 10 year old Glock 19 with night sights. The front does not work but the rear do. Should I replace the just the front? - Or replace both?
Are they hard to replace or should they be replaced by a gunsmith?
Thanks for any input and information.

If you have tritium night sights & one fails or they are older than 8 yrs I highly recommend picking up a new set.
