Are guide rod/spring assemblies for G19's & G23's interchangeable?

Like the title says, are spring assemblies for G19's & G23's interchangeable? I have a Wolf's steel guide rod/spring assembly on my G19, and I'd like to swap it with the factory plastic one on my G23. I'm selling the G19, and figure if I can still use it on the 23 then I'd hang on to it. Are the springs different on these two models, or are they interchangeable?

You can pull the metal one out of your G19 and use it in your G23.... No problem
The factory recoil springs for the G19,23,32,38 Gen1, Gen2 & Gen3 are all the same.
