I think an EMP in GAP would be awesome. Especially a CCO configuration, either 4.25" bushing setup or 4" bull, on a steel frame, golf balled frontstrap.

...That actually might be pretty cool. Are we talking a flush crowned barrel and the gun finished in hardchrome?

I was gonna give you kudos..... saying you want to buy a GAP in general glocking is like talking about Kimbers around here. Makes some heads explode quick fast in a hurry.
To be honest, I like 1911s in all calibers and I think a GAP micro of some sort would be awesome.

I would have bought a .45 GAP EMP in a New York minute.

Springfield had one for a minute, until they scrapped the "Defender", which is what the EMP was born from.

My G37 was my first gun and is still my favorite, but even I have to say I don't see much point in trying to put the GAP in a single stack 1911. My 1911 fits my hands just fine (unlike the Glock .45 ACP's).
On the other hand, the double stack 1911 grips are a bit large... There could be potential there if the round ever takes off. I don't see it happening, though. Most die hard .45 ACP fans already see the GAP as an insult - think of the outrage if it was put in an otherwise normal 1911

A doublestack Gap might be "sweet".
If it "feels" like a BHP grip, shoots like a 1911...

Yep, I'll be buying a pistol in .45 GAP right after I buy one in .45 Schofield.

I want a Gap in .45 ACP.
I think very little of the Gap

I was going to break balls, but that would actually be kind cool

I rebarreled one of my 5 inch 1911s with a KKM 45 GAP barrel.
It shoots fine. You could not tell it was a GAP and not an ACP. I also run GAP brass in my 625.
The best thing is that now I only have to buy one flavor of pistol primer.

Did you have to do anything to the 1911 mags to make them feed the GAP reliably? Wouldn't they shift in the mag?

I want serial number 001 since I've been begging for it for years.
