Gen 4 Recoil Springs in a Gen 3 Pistols

Is it possible to use the Gen 4 recoil springs in Gen 3 17, 19, 22 or 23? Will this affect reliability?

No, that is impossible.
FYI: The Gen4 recoil spring utilizes a dual spring system. This system features a large spring tip that will not fit through the spring guide hole of the Gen3 slide.
