Some Custom Knives

For those of you who are into knives and haven't yet been bitten by the need to own a true custom knife, I offer the following temptation:

A fighter by New Zealand maker Bill Reddiex with Big Horn scales:
The Cutting Edge

A Gentleman's folding knife by Joe Kious, engraved by Chris Malouf:
The Cutting Edge

And a Drop Point Hunter by Buster Warinski, engraved by Symon Lynton:
The Cutting Edge

I've managed to pick all of these up in the last couple months, and the prices were very reasonable. If you own any higher end production knives these would not be out of your budgetary range.

Bill Reddiex is a member of the Australian Knifemakers Guild and a true master bladesmith. This knife is a great example of what a skilled individual can produce in a one off knife with a specific purpose.

Joe Kious builds folding knives that cost up to the five figure range. This is an older model of his that's been engraved. Two master craftsmen working together to produce an elegant pocket knife you can take anywhere.

Buster Warinski was arguably the finest knifemaker in the world, even Bob Loveless thought so. Here we have a hunting knife in my favorite pattern engraved by another master engraver. Total production of hunting patterns averaged five a year, so it's harder to find than the art daggers that most collectors are after.
