I have a good number of G22 mags that I want to run in my G32 is it necessary to change followers to make them reliable?

Thanks

They may run reliably as is. If you have a problem, by all means, change the follower.
I always recommend you use the correct magazine when shooting a conversion. This will help you avoid accidently shooting the wrong ammo out of the wrong barrel. If you use a colored floor plate or mark the magazine in some other way to help you easily identify it a 357.... You are good to go!
