Kimber Pro Carry 2

I and leaning towards going with a Kimber Pro Carry 2. Any thoughts about this gun or a suggestion as to another gun in this category that would be a better choice would be appreciated.

Should be fine. I have a Series I Custom Compact, which is the 4" barrel and a officers frame. Makes for a very nice carry gun. It is all steel though.

Is the aluminum frame anything to be concerned with?

How much are you going to shoot it? Kimber claims to have tested to 20K rounds with no appreciable wear.

Nice gun. Buy with confidence. Spring for the Pro TLE2. You get NS and a checkered FS. Well worth the +$200.

I'm liking my Eclipse Pro II more and more... hit a thousand rounds with it this week. Though it has more as I bought it used.

I have a Tactical Pro II and I like it. Had to send it back for a trigger group problem, but they got it back to me in 3 weeks. Works great now.

I have medium hands. I don't need the added grip of the full size and it's more to conceal. I prefer the Officers frame and 4.25" barrel. I've "settled" for my Kimber Compact I until I can afford what I really want.
